1. Eligibility

  • Items purchased from Emaan Zara Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at emaanzara.com@gmail.com or 0323-5975156 within the return window.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within the return window.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or exchange for a different item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.  
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Errors

  • If we ship you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We will arrange for a return and replacement at our expense.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
    • Custom orders
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
